• The entire cycle is without secrets: We will tell you how our meticulous work, lack of stress, and grass-fed feed determine everything from the birth of the calf to the final roast on the plate.
• Anatomy of Meat: You'll hear why we divide beef into 30 different cuts of steak and how important the meat aging process is.
• Culinary skills: You will learn to distinguish a quality product and learn the most important rules - how to cook a steak perfectly and why a long cooking method is sometimes the most ingenious solution.
