TRIPARTY AGREEMENT FORM: DOC
A YOUNG PERSON WHO WANT TO WORK UNDER THE PROGRAM MUST:
- have declared their place of residence in the territory of Utena District Municipality;
- to study in an educational institution registered in the territory of Utena District Municipality according to the basic, secondary or vocational education program;
- be no younger than 14 years old and no older than 17 years old (inclusive) on the first day of work.
FIVE STEPS FOR YOUTH:
- Register on the website https://utenosvic.lt/darbas/ ;
- Find a suitable ad marked "Job for youth in the summer" and click apply;
- Participate in a job interview;
- Sign a tripartite agreement with the employer;
- The tripartite agreement (3 copies) must be delivered to the Public Institution Utena Business and Tourism Agency (Aušros St. 47, Utena) from May 18.
FIVE STEPS FOR THE EMPLOYER:
- Register on the website https://utenosvic.lt/darbas/ ;
- Place an ad by checking the box "Summer job for youth";
- To select from the young people who applied for the advertisement in the system;
- Invite a young person to a job interview;
- To conclude a tripartite agreement (3 copies).
EMPLOYERS' SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE WITH THE PUBLIC PUBLIC UTENAS BUSINESS AND TOURISM AGENCY:
Upon termination of the employment contract, the following documents are submitted:
- Activity report;
- Copy of the working time sheet;
- Copies of documents confirming the payment of wages;
- The employer must submit a copy of the employment contract within 5 working days after the date of signing the employment contract.
