This branch of the Utena Local History Museum was established in 2013 and operates in one of the buildings of the former Utena Manor Farm. During educational sessions held here, certified craftsmen teach their craft: paper cutting, egg printing, wicker weaving, knitting, herbal medicine, weaving, ribbon weaving and tying, clay whistle molding, wood carving and wool felting.
