MEETING YOURSELF THROUGH INTUITIVE DANCE PRACTICE
I invite you to an experiential encounter with yourself through the practice of intuitive dance. Go deeper into your body, empower yourself, take up more space, bring courage and confidence through movement and a sense of self.
I invite women who are tired and have forgotten themselves to discover and experience themselves anew.
To be free. To be in communion. Without judgment. With support.
Where you feel safe to be yourself. Tired. Angry. Happy. Enthusiastic. All sorts.
No rules. To be who you really want to be at that moment.
This is a time just for you. Leave all your worries, thoughts, and plans outside the door. They will wait. After all, now is your moment! And the focus is only on you.
Your body will thank you. And a smile will be a side effect.
A little about practice
You don't have to know how to dance. There are no right or wrong moves. You don't have to prove anything or appear "good" in any way.
The most important thing is how your body feels and what you want to experience at that particular moment.
Dress comfortably so you can move freely. And if you want, dress up. Come as you want to be tonight.
You don't have to pay anything, prove anything, or be anything.
Just come and be with yourself. 
I, Rūta, will lead the practice. I am a woman who cherishes creativity, a sense of self through movement, writing, scents, and aesthetics. I am letting more and more play into my life, observing the world around me, and learning to enjoy and accept what comes into my life.
