Experiential gongs are a journey of sacred sound vibrations for our entire being. During the session, the physical, energetic and mental bodies are healed, consciousness is purified, and the boundaries of perception are expanded.

This experience helps you relax, align with your inner center, experience a state of peace, reduces stress, and calms your mind and thoughts.

The sound journey features gongs, Tibetan bowls, monochord, drum, Indian love flute, shruti, didgeridoo and many other wonderful instruments. During the session, we lie on our backs with our eyes closed, in the shavasana pose. This way, the body relaxes the most and accepts the healing effects of sound.

During a sound session, we experience ourselves from the perspective of an observer, detaching from the ego. Deep relaxation brings answers to our questions, restoring the energy of the body and mind.

The sound session is led by Artūras Arti. Artūras is a multiple participant in seminars and sound therapy trainings organized by “Menas Būti” and “Baltic Gong Camp”. Artūras' main teachers: Alicija Eiliakas, Ričardas Eiliakas and Vyrenijus Andrijauskas.
