The Spiečius co-working space in Utena organized intensive training "Small and Medium Business Growth: Leadership, Innovation, Partnerships" for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) seeking to strengthen the competitiveness of their organizations.

During the training, participants examined essential aspects of business development and management:

• Personal leadership and visioning – the role of a manager in setting the long-term direction of the company and inspiring the team.
• Strategic thinking and priority management – optimizing business processes and focusing on goals that create the greatest added value.
• Team management and motivation - effective tools for staff engagement and motivation.
• The importance of partnerships for business development – building sustainable collaborative relationships as one of the key factors for business growth.

This training is part of an acceleration program aimed at providing entrepreneurs in the region with practical knowledge and strengthening the local business ecosystem.
