We invite you to a unique experience in the former stables of the Užpaliai Manor - Kamenyčia, where time seems to stand still, and the aroma of baking buns fills the air. This is more than a culinary lesson - it is a touch of the manor's history and the living traditions of Aukštaitija.

Program progress:
An authentic meeting. You will be met by Viktorija Jovarienė, a well-known Užpaliai horsewoman and manor heritage keeper. The education takes place in the 1808 stone stables, surrounded by the peace of the manor.

Baking yeast buns. Roll up your sleeves and learn how to knead and shape traditional Aukštaitė yeast buns. You will learn ancient recipes and secrets on how to achieve that unforgettable taste that we remember from childhood.

Discovering the secrets of the manor. While the buns are rising and baking in the oven, the hostess will invite you to explore the unique spaces: the "Hall of 100 Abrūs", the ancient school classroom and the "Chamber for Maidens". You will hear stories about Hetman Mykola Oginskis and life at the manor.

A delicious get-together. The culmination of the education is tasting warm, freshly baked delicacies with fragrant tea. This is a time for sincere communication and sharing of impressions.
